Mr. J.L. Giovanni Favors has been living and working, as an Engineer, and Project Manager in Germany since 1990. During this time Mr. Favors has gained International Engineering and PM experience through working associations with various European Firms such as DIS, Euro Engineering, Siemens, Sharp Europe, and Black Box, Germany.
Knowledge gained, in the last twenty years, from a wide-ranging involvement with U.S. Government and German Civilian Projects CONUS and OCONUS has allowed Mr. Favors to develop his Project Management expertise.
Mr. Favors is owner of an Engineering and Consulting Firm, G-Enterprises, located in Viernheim, Germany, since 2002, after receiving permanent resident visa and the approval to own and operate a small business in Germany.
In 2005 Mr. Favors founded Gentleman Enterprises, as a Small Disadvantaged Telecommunications and Engineering firm located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
In 2006 Mr. Favors Co Authored the IMOD Qualification Proposals and also Engineered and Designed Task I, II, III, which later were awarded and implemented.
In 2006 Gentleman Enterprises was selected to take part, via teaming agreement with Siemens Government Services, as a sub contractor, performing engineering and project management under the IMOD Program for Task III.
In 2008 Mr. Favors was appointed Director of U.S. Government Business by RGM, Gebäudemanagement GmbH and Kamb Elektrotechnik, and also serves as Vice President, Business Development, for RGM U.S. Government Services.
In 2009 Team Enterprises enrolls in George Washington University School of Business to obtain Masters Certificate in Government Contracting.
In 2009 Mr. Favors successfully completed the OSHA Construction Safety 30 Hrs. Course and received OSHA Construction Certification.
In 2011 Mr. Favors completed a Masters in Project Management (IT) from George Washington University School of Busniess.
